Minimum Requirements:Grade 12At least 4 years solid HR experience, from a corporate environmentHR DegreeExperience with BBBEE administrationExperience with Sage VIP PayrollSAP experience Duties and Responsibilities:Help new employees join the team and company culture.Promote good communication and information sharing.Find ways to improve processes and work better.Use digital tools to make work easier and faster.Use resources wisely and save money.Follow all laws and company rules.Document processes to help others understand.Keep employee and company data accurate and safe.Manage HR tasks like time, pay, transfers, and changes.Improve HR processes to work better, save money, and make employees happy.Use HR technology to make data management and reporting easier.Create easy-to-use employee self-service portals.Give great HR help to management and employees.Follow HR policies, procedures, and laws.
