Hr Officer

We are looking for an HR Officer to join us in the food service industry. Purpose of the Role:The purpose of the role is to provide HR support and advice to the relevant stakeholders in accordance with the applicable business objectives, specifications, procedures, policies and statutory requirements or standards.Key Performance Indicators for this role (but not limited to):Implementation, monitoring and reporting of the key HR processesPartnering with the business to provide effective HR advice and support to employeesAccurate application and compliance of HR processes to relevant statutory and legislative requirementsPersonal Capabilities:Able to build and maintain strong working relationshipsExcellent communication skillsHighly organised with strong administration skillsAccuracy and attention to detailDisplays a concern for business values and ethical standardsPlaces a focus on promoting a healthy and positive workplace cultureHigh sense of confidentialitySets high personal standards, is focused and self-motivatedWilling to travel locally as and when requiredValid driver's licenseOwn transportQualifications and Experience:HR or relevant Diploma or Degree3 years of generalist HR experienceKnowledge and application of labour legislation, particularly the BCEA, LRA and SDAExperience working within a FMCG or wholesale and retail environment will be preferableExcellent understanding of HR processes and best practicesLocation: GeorgeShould we not contact you within 2 weeks please note that your application is unsuccessful
