Details of the offer

Roles and responsibilities:- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation and personnel information systems- Knowledge of human behaviour and performance, individual differences in ability, personality and interests and learning and motivation- Advising all employees on the interpretation, application and implementation of Employment Law and policies, procedures and processes.- Facilitate the management and promotion of fair and sound Labour Relations by interpreting and applying the Employment Equity Act; Labour Relations Act; Basic Conditions of Employment Act; Workplace Law; Compensation Occupation Injuries Dispensation (COID)Act; Occupational Health and Safety Act and Bargaining Council (wages, annual leave, climatic conditions)- Ability to manage CCMA, BIBC and BCCEI disputes and resolutions, including conflict between employees- Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with management, staff and external communities so as to ensure the smooth facilitation of project completion. - Ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail while following established procedures.- Assisting with confidential documentation preparation as requiredPlease Note: If you haven't received a response within two weeks, kindly regard your application for the vacancy as unsuccessful.
