Requirements: 2-3 years proven HR experienceGrade 12Diploma/Degree in HR Specialist knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of MS OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage conflictAbility to work on Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas etc., HR DashboardsProficient in SharePoint The Role: Talent Management Support talent manager with the people journey of all employeesWork with talent manager to ensure all vacancies are filled within agreed timeMaintain database of suitable candidates to fill vacanciesMaintain a manpower plan for each operationOversee the interview process of candidatesEnsure all new employees are inducted correctly before the commencement of workEnsure new employees have the appropriate tools to perform workEnsure onboarding medicals are completedEnsure each employee has a scorecard and IDP in line with their job specificationsHR Support Oversee time and attendance processEnsure payroll is completedAttend to employee queries timeouslyEnsure change of status is completed with all changes of rolesEnsure that all HR documentation is completed at employment and termination of employeesReporting – ensure that overtime and attendance reports are up to date and shared with relevant departmentsSupport Health and Safety department with safety-related mattersPerformance Management Support the business with the performance management cycle and ensure all performance reviews are conducted within the time periodsSupport with 360 assessments and feedbackIR Support Support business with IR related matters including disciplinary enquiries, grievancesBuild relationship with employee and Trade UnionSupport the business with Culture Development programsAttendance to CCMA for conciliation hearingsDiversity and inclusion Ensure complete adherence to the Employment Equity and Skills Development planHR Reporting and HR Filing Systems Maintenance of HR Dashboards on the SOMCompile and maintain complex management reports which include overtime, attendance, recruitment listings, training listings on SharePointMaintenance of online employee files and ensuring each employee file has relevant key time information readily availableAssist management with Job Profiling Should you meet the requirements, please apply directly here.
