Job Opportunity: HR OfficerMy client from a Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an HR Officer to join their team:
Full maintenance of the HR systemFacilitate and assist with any development or disciplinary issuesConduct exit InterviewsRecruitment and induction for all new employeesAnalyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managersGeneral administrationHR reportsConduct branch visits regularlyQualifications:
Matric (Grade 12) qualification and/or similar qualification and/or experience
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or similar qualification and/or experience
Knowledge of local labour laws is advantageous
2 to 3 years experience in an HR Officer position
Must be willing to travel to Vaal, Kimberley, Rustenburg and Potchefstroom
Someone who speaks Afrikaans is essential for this role
