My client from a freight forwarding Company is seeking an HR Officer to join their team This will be to: Handle payroll administration Manage Training and development Get involved in grievance and disciplinary hearings by advising, counselling, attending formal disciplinary meetings Be responsible for the adherence to the Health and Safety Act Manage office stationery Ad hoc HR functions Matric or senior certification equivalent A minimum of 2 - 3 years HR admin experience Diploma / Degree in HR Management A minimum of 2 years IR experience A minimum of 2 years training and development experience
