Job Opportunity: HR Officer
My client from a Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an HR Officer to join their team:

Full maintenance of the HR system
Facilitate and assist with any development or disciplinary issues
Conduct exit Interviews
Recruitment and induction for all new employees
Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
General administration
HR reports
Conduct branch visits regularly

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric (Grade 12) qualification and/or similar qualification and/or experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar qualification and/or experience
Knowledge of local labour laws is advantageous
2 to 3 years experience in an HR Officer position
Must be willing to travel to Vaal, Kimberley, Rustenburg and Potchefstroom
Someone who speaks Afrikaans is essential for this role
