We are looking for a Human Resources OfficerSchedule: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.RequirementsNational Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3 to 5 years experience as a HR Officer in a generalist functionStrong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in HR Information Systems and MS Office suiteExperience working with diverse teams and multicultural environmentsKey ResponsibilitiesAdvise line managers on conduct and misconduct management, including handling disciplinary cases.Represent the organization at CCMA (Conciliation and Arbitration).Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate succession planning.Guide managers through performance management processes and talent reviews.Facilitate the planning and tracking of skills development initiatives and compliance with legislative requirements.Coordinate the collection of data for Employment Equity (EE) and BBBEE reports.Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews and ensuring data integrity in HR systems.Provide advice to management and employees on HR policies and procedures.Apply now and begin your career path with us!
