Our client in the textile industry is seeking an HR officer to join their team.
Minimum Requirements:
HR related qualificationMinimum 3 - 5 years proven work experience as an HR Administrator or HR OfficerCandidates younger than 39 years of age to apply Duties include but not limited to:
Monthly Payroll (SAGE VIP)Sound understanding of regulation and compliance administration (BCEA, LRA & SDA)Experienced in WSP, EE, BBBEE, payroll submissionsIR (handling discipline, warnings and chairing enquiries)Recruitment (handling the interviews where needed)Doing UI 19 and salary schedulesWritten communication skills for correspondence, reports and HR contentResults-focused and deadline-orientedAble to handle sensitive information confidentiallyHR Generalist Functions
