The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate, a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in SAGE 300 payroll software and experience with CCMA procedures is essential.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail are key, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactivity and self-motivation are a must.
