START DATE : A.S.A.P / ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:MatricDiploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in payroll software (SAGE 300)Experience with CCMAStrong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionExcellent organizational, time management, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive and self-motivated DUTIES: Payroll Management:Oversee the full payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payrollMaintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirementsAddress payroll-related queries and discrepancies Leave Management: Administer and manage employee leave recordsEnsure accurate tracking and reporting of leave balancesAssist employees with leave-related inquiries and applications Benefit Management: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perksEnsure accurate enrollment and maintenance of benefit recordsProvide information and support to employees regarding their benefits Recruitment Assistance: Assist with the recruitment process, including screening candidates, and coordinating interviewsSupport onboarding and orientation of new employees Employee Wellness: Assist with development and implement employee wellness programs and initiativesOrganize wellness activities and events HR Reports Compilation: Compile and analyze HR reports related to leave and time & attendanceAssist with accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics Performance Management: Assist with the performance management process, including performance reviews and appraisalsTrack and report on performance management metrics Staff Surveys: Administer staff surveys to gather feedback on various aspects of the workplace Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit compliance reports as requiredMaintain accurate records of compliance activities Administration of IOD: Ensure timeous administration of all IOD incidences IR: Support Head of HR & management team HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30 or Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
