Regional Personnel (HR) Officer(Cape Town - W.Cape Region) Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection with a specific focus on store placements.Provide HR support to both Area- and Store Management (Recruitment, Staff Development, Training, IR, etc.
).Implementation of the Groups HR Strategy.Conduct regular weekly in-store visits (including scheduled weekend visits).Facilitation of (in-house) virtual training programmes.Effectively manage HR administration (including Time & Attendance / Leave) for your region, including Manpower Expenses (incl.
Salaries, Overtime, etc.
)Labour Relations (incl.
CCMA representation).
