Regional Personnel (HR) Officer(Cape Town - W.Cape Region) Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection with a specific focus on store placements.Provide HR support to both Area- and Store Management (Recruitment, Staff Development, Training, IR, etc.).Implementation of the Groups HR Strategy.Conduct regular weekly in-store visits (including scheduled weekend visits).Facilitation of (in-house) virtual training programmes.Effectively manage HR administration (including Time & Attendance / Leave) for your region, including Manpower Expenses (incl. Salaries, Overtime, etc.)Labour Relations (incl. CCMA representation). Key Skills and Attributes: Tertiary qualification (HR/Behavioural Sciences)2 years HR Generalist experienceStrong leadership skillsExcellent communicatorComputer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)Excellent interpersonal relationsDrivers License (essential)Ability to work weekends- and travel (locally) We offer a competitive salary (based on experience) with Pension- and Medical Aid benefits.
