We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Officer. As the Go-to HR person, you will play a key role in the success of this organization by supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with diversity.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including conducting inductions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.


Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
Manage employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution processes in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.


Performance Management:

Assist in the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and improvement opportunities.


Training and Development:

Coordinate and/or deliver training programs for employees and managers on topics such as harassment prevention, diversity awareness, and leadership development.
Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.


HR Administration and Compliance:

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with all employment legislations and regulations.
Assist with HR reporting and analytics as needed.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator or similar role, with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
