Hr Officer

Overview Hire Resolve, a leading BPO firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated HR Officer to join our team.
As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the human resources functions of our organization, ensuring that our HR policies and procedures are in line with industry best practices.
Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesHandle employee onboarding and orientation programsDevelop and implement performance management processesProvide guidance and support to employees on HR-related mattersHandle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actionsEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulationsConduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledgeMaintain accurate employee records and HR databaseStay updated with HR trends and best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a BPO firmStrong knowledge of local labor laws and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionExperience in managing high volume recruitmentStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExceptional attention to detail and accuracy Benefits: Salary: R800k – R980k Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move.
