The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring that we maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, particularly in the tanker and logistics sectors.
Design and execute staff training and development programs to enhance skills and job performance.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll oversight.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with company and legal requirements.
Support management with workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
Foster a positive and productive working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards related to tanker operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with handling employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with HR software and systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
