This role will act as a strategic business partner, providing crucial support to executives, while overseeing core HR operations. As Head of HR, you will drive excellence in employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and development, fostering a productive workplace.Minimum RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required; an Honours Degree is highly advantageous.Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in a HR Managerial role, with a strong track record of HR leadership.Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Strong ability to interpret and use HR data and metrics to drive informed decisions.Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Other: Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
