Candidates from a Retail background with experience in working on multi-sites / multi-stores will be of great advantage.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerforming all recruitment functions for the storesPutting a proper training plan in place for every employeeDriving and promoting diversity, inclusion, and a rainbow nation - it is their key Goal to ensure that all stores within the cluster are representative in their staffing and can accommodate the variety of customers dealt with by each storeEnsuring that thirty Graduate Interns are recruited on a rolling basisEnsuring that all relevant labour-related statutory requirements are met, upheld, and/or complied with i.e.
