Human Resource Manager (POS24224)Howick, KZNR 42 000 to R 45 000 per month + medical aid, 13th chequeJob Overview:HR Manager is responsible for the provision of support to line managers in the execution of HR related activities and to consult on the people component of the units business plan. The incumbent will further be required to participate as a credible business partner by developing HR solutions that add value to the business units core strategic focus area.Requirements:Matric3-year degree or diploma in HR Management or equivalent NQF level 7 qualificationMinimum of 3 to 5 years HR Generalist experience, operating as a transformation or change agentMinimum of 5 years experience on a management levelExtensive experience within a unionized environment and building employee relations experience is essentialGood knowledge of renumeration, talent management, transformation, recruitment and selection, learning and development, organisational design and reengineering, IR and performance managementComputer literate in MS Office packages and SAP will be an advantageAbility and willingness to travel for meeting and workshops in and around the countryClosing Date: 12 August 2024
