Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with extensive exposure to strategic projects, particularly in the transport industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance business performance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities: Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
Lead HR initiatives related to talent management, employee development, performance management, and workforce planning.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to support the business.
Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance company culture and employee satisfaction.
Provide guidance on labor relations, conflict resolution, and employee disciplinary actions.
Manage HR compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.
Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommend improvements for business performance.
Lead HR projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
Oversee training and development programs, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills to meet business needs.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is advantageous).
