Job Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison for employees and management to address workplace-related concerns, complaints, and grievances, ensuring timely and equitable resolution.Investigate and resolve employee disputes and conflicts.Promote and implement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiatives.Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of IR policies and procedures, and other HR initiatives and systems.Deliver as an HR Business Partner with the implementation of all human resources strategies, objectives, and day-to-day responsibilities.Provide HR guidance to team members and managers, setting high expectations of behaviour and performance.Discipline Management and Dispute Resolution:Assist in administering the disciplinary process, including issuing warnings and ensuring compliance with due process.Coordinate, manage and attend disciplinary hearings and documentation.Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions taken.Mediate disputes and facilitate effective resolution between employees or between employees and management.Represent the company at the CCMA as needed.HR Operations:Champion the companies Values, Mission, and Vision.Support the implementation of organizational change initiatives to improve business operations and customer satisfaction.Deliver HR expertise on people management, performance management, succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, induction, and terminations.Work with management to discuss and resolve people challenges.Employee Wellness: Appropriate interventions and planning of events.Liaise with Learning & Development on learning opportunities and relevant interventions for employees.Compliance:Stay updated with South African labour laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance with all relevant legal requirements.Develop and conduct IR training to enhance leadership capabilities.Support in the execution of predefined HR Projects and ad hoc duties.Knowledge And Skills:5 -10 years operational experience in Labour Relations and HR Generalist.Strong knowledge of South African Employment Law i.e., LRA, BCEA, EEA, Skills Development Act etc and Health and Safety Act.Proven track record with CCMA representation and other elements of Conflict Management.Diligent and meticulous attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication.Planning & Organisational skills.Relationship building skills.Ability to work under pressure.Maintain strict confidentiality & professionalism.Education:Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management OR Industrial Relations OR Labour Law.Please send your completed updated CV to ******.
