Hr Manager

Hire Resolve is searching for an experienced HR Manager to join our client in Durban. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyManage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offersManage all legal and statutory requirements within the companyManage the BBBEE programOversee employee relations, address grievances, and manage disciplinary actionsEnsure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulationsDevelop and implement training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledgeManage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers and employeesMaintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management reviewManage all IT aspects and general adminRequirements:Proven working experience as an HR ManagerDemonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulationsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsBasic Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Outlook)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fieldExperience with section 189 A, CCMA cases and Union MattersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Salary: R300K/yr - R420K/yrMedical AidRAFuel AllowanceCellphone AllowanceContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.We will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
