Minimum HR Qualification, preferably Bachelors DegreeMinimum 7 - 10 years´ HR Management experienceExperience within the financial services industry preferably in a Distribution channelSound knowledge of BCEA, EE, LRA, OHSAProject management experience would be beneficialStrategic leadership skillsAnalytical thinking skillsResilienceAdvanced MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)Relationship building skillsAbility to interact at all levelsStrong attention to detailResponsibilities:Provide on-going HR support and business partnering, focusing on achieving business objectives by leveraging the HR agendaStrategic partner with Distribution EXCO BusinessRecruitment and talent managementOverseeing all recruitment activities for the Distribution channelResponsible for onboarding programs for new employees including acquisitions as well as off-boardingTraining and Development and facilitation initiativesFacilitation of monthly Distribution inductionFacilitation of all legislative and regulatory trainingManagement of succession planning process as well as implementation of retention strategyManaging and overseeing all IR matters for the divisionRigorous weekly and monthly analysis and reportingProvide support on all Distribution transformation initiativesManaging bi-annual performance review cycle including performance management training and personal development plansResponsible for Health and Safety compliance for the divisionProvide "hands-on" management of HR requirements to ensure the effective delivery of HR services
