Payroll and Benefits Administration Collaborate with finance to manage payroll processes and employee benefits.
Employee Engagement Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Promote an inclusive work environment and drive diversity programs aligned with PPG's values.
Industrial Relations Knowledge in labour disputes at the CCMA Handle grievances and disciplinary procedures in compliance with company policies and South African labor laws.
Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Professional Certifications HR certification (e.g., SABPP registration or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
Knowledge In-depth understanding of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
