HR Manager – 5-Star Luxury Hotel
A 5-star hotel is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources management within the luxury hospitality industry, overseeing large teams, and demonstrating exceptional payroll expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and development, in line with the hotel's standards of excellence.
Oversee and streamline payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Provide leadership and support to a large and diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's vision and operational goals.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and ensuring the hotel's policies reflect best practices.
Lead performance management initiatives and support department managers in addressing employee performance and development.
Manage employee benefits, wellness programs, and engagement activities to boost team morale and retention.
Requirements:
Proven, recent HR management experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
Strong background in managing large teams and handling all HR operations.
Expertise in payroll management, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Relevant HR qualifications or certifications.
