By combining flexibility and vision with a sound business approach, the company is set to strengthen its position in the FMCG market even further, now and into the future.Duties & ResponsibilitiesHR Generalist, IR SpecialistOversee both HR and IRAssist in planning and managing recruitment and selection of staffPlan and conduct new employee orientationIdentify and manage training and development needs for employeesDevelop and implement human resource policies and proceduresAdminister HR policies and proceduresAdminister compensation and benefitsEnsure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislationAssist managers with performance management systemHandle employee complaints, assist IR officers with grievances and disputesConsolidate IR reports promptly and ensure accurate distribution to relevant stakeholdersHandle IR matters and employee grievances efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance with legal requirementsMaintain organized documentation of IR-related proceedings and ensure compliance with data protection regulationsProvide general HR assistance as required to support the HR teamDraft and issue warnings as in line with the disciplinary codeSet up hearingsAdvise managers and supervisors on disciplineAct as company representative at CCMAAttend Corn - Arb, Conciliation, and ArbitrationDesired Experience & QualificationDegree or diploma in human resources management, Industrial Relations, or equivalentGeneralist human resources experienceKnowledge of the principles and practices of HR managementKnowledge of business principlesKnowledge of relevant legislation and regulationsKnowledge of relevant software3-5 years of experience within FMCGAbility to work in a dynamic environmentExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detailEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
