We are looking for an Internal Communications Consultant to support TransUnion's growing Internal Communications team and help inform, engage, and inspire TU's global associate base.

What You'll Bring: This role is designed for a well-rounded communications generalist. Your work will focus on our Human Resources communications needs but will also support a wide range of campaigns, develop materials for tactical communications, and engage associates with compelling content.
Specifically, you will: Have experience drafting content for digital, people and experience channels, including newsletters, company intranet, email, presentations, and more.
Support the development of a variety of communication deliverables across the various functions supported by our Internal Communication team.
Prepare and coordinate content for production.
Participate in enterprise event support, coordination, and execution.
Have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple streams of work.
Impact You'll Make: The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic storyteller with the following attributes:
Fluency in spoken and written English.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant progressive experience in communications campaigns in a corporate or agency setting, ideally supporting internal and/or HR initiatives.
Strong writer with versatile communications skills, an interest in business, and the ability to translate complex issues/materials into accurate, compelling, and digestible content.
Demonstrated ability to write and tailor content for specific audiences and an understanding of messaging, positioning, and stakeholder needs.
Willingness to embrace technology and applications; ability to develop and edit PowerPoint presentations.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced team with an ability to meet deadlines and adapt/change direction when called upon.
Self-starter with strong sense of initiative, focused on results; ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and, at times, within ambiguous and undefined circumstances.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and influence with leaders and collaborators at all levels.
What We'd Love to See: Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment.
Experience working in the financial services, information services, or technology sector.
Sharepoint and/or enterprise communications and workplace platform experience.
For positions based in South Africa, preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates from designated groups in line with the company's Employment Equity plan and targets.

Please note it is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa that has fibre, but will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required; should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line or install fibre in order to work effectively.
Please note that being a credit bureau, some positions require a clear credit record.
