Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern with a strong academic background in Human Resources or a related field to support our client's HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a degree and postgraduate qualification to gain hands-on experience in a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and HR administration.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.Support the onboarding process by preparing employee documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.Provide administrative support for employee relations, including handling employee queries and assisting in disciplinary procedures.Assist with the coordination and delivery of training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.Collaborate with the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational development.Participate in performance management activities, including tracking performance reviews and feedback processes.Support the HR team with employee wellness programs and initiatives.What this opportunity has to offer?1.
