Hr (Human Resources) Agricultural/ Packhouse Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

National Diploma/Degree in HR
Agricultural and/or Business Diploma/Degree advantageous

Experience:

Previous agricultural related experience
At least 5-10 years experience in an operational environment, preferably agriculture
Previous packhouse experience essential
Experience with working with BRC/HACCP advantageous
Previous HR experience essential

Skills:

Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong management skills
Ability to motivate employees and drive organizational change and development
Ability to drive improved productivity out of season
Well-organised with great leadership qualities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with and motivate a team
