Fouriesburg Area – Free State: Our client is looking for a Senior HR (Human Resources) Agricultural / Packhouse Manager – Farming to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS National Diploma/ Degree in HR Agricultural and or Business Diploma / Degree advantageousPrevious Agricultural related experienceAt least 5-10-years' experience in operational environment, preferably agricultureExperience with working with BRC / HACCP advantageousComputer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word)Must have strong management skillsAbility to motivate employees and drive organizational change and developmentAbility to drive improved productivity out of seasonMust be well-organised with great leadership qualitiesEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with and motivate a teamONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
