Purpose:To manage and provide a HR support service across the business with a specific focus on resourcing & talent management, performance management, employee relations and all associated administration, in compliance with legislation and company policies and procedures.Duties include:Responsible for resourcing across the business (All locations and Business Units)Management of succession planning and performance reviewsEffective management of employee relations and industrial relationsDepartmental Support and AdministrationEmployee management and developmentHealth and SafetyRequirements:Relevant Tertiary qualification essentialMin of 3 to 5 years experience in Human ResourcesProven experience in Resourcing and Employee Relations (IR)Drivers License / own vehicleTravel will be required to sitesRelocation will also be an option
