Functions:Develop and oversee the entire recruitment and selection processDraft a concise plan to management, on improvements and changes that can be implemented on the current HR policiesManage HR audits and compliance reportingInvestigate and propose an HR platform/software as a cloud-based portal, in order to enhance employee experience and communicationDevelop and oversee all training programsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in HR Management, or Industrial PsychologyAt least 4 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist capacityHave a sound understanding of labour relations and HR best practices experienceMust have good verbal and written communication skills, and display a high level of attention to detail
