Degree in HR or equivalent (NQF8) 3 5 years experience as HR Generalist 3 5 years experience with an industrial (unionized) environment Knowledge of H&S regulations with a South African context Own vehicle & valid drivers license Strong employee relations focus Experience in strategic planning (senior team) Experience at operational level Exceptional communication skills Proficient in English & isiZulu advantageous Proficient in MS Office High attention to detail
