Educational requirements:BCom in Human resources or Industrial psychology and labour relationsExperience requirements:At least 4 years of experience in HR Main duties and responsibilities:Recruitment and employmentEnsure all employees are aware of company policies and disciplinary codesCapturing employee working schedules and working with finance on wagesManagement of employee benefits including IOD, UIF, provident fund and funeral benefitTraining and developmentTalent managementEmployee wellnessManage monthly submissions to the group HR teamMonthly submissions to Metcalf and SahdEnsure compliance with DOL, BCEA and H&S requirementsEnsure summary acts are available in the workplaceManage all labour and employment-related issues including handling of disciplinary processes and filing and CCMADrive scheduling and attendance of quarterly EE meetingsPerform Ad hoc group HR requirements
