Educational requirements: BCom in Human resources or Industrial psychology and labour relations Experience requirements: At least 4 years of experience in HR Main duties and responsibilities: Recruitment and employment Ensure all employees are aware of company policies and disciplinary codes Capturing employee working schedules and working with finance on wages Management of employee benefits including IOD, UIF, provident fund and funeral benefit Training and development Talent management Employee wellness Manage monthly submissions to the group HR team Monthly submissions to Metcalf and Sahd Ensure compliance with DOL, BCEA and H&S requirements Ensure summary acts are available in the workplace Manage all labour and employment-related issues including handling of disciplinary processes and filing and CCMA Drive scheduling and attendance of quarterly EE meetings Perform Ad hoc group HR requirements
