The primary responsibility of the HR Generalist is to provide HR support and advice to the relevant stakeholders (employees & management) in accordance with the applicable business objectives, specifications, procedures, policies and statutory requirements or standards. Requirements:HR or related DegreeExperience within the FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry5-10 years of HR generalist experience3+ years of generalistExperience with CCMA representation (Conciliation and Arbitration)Knowledge and application of labour legislation, particularly the BCEA, LRA and SDAExperience working within an FMCG or a Food Manufacturing business is requiredExcellent understanding and implementation of best practice policies, processes and proceduresIntermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
