Minimum Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR professionalMinimum of 1 year experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionOversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the organization's current and future needs.Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulationsImplement effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Performance Management & Succession PlanCoordinate employee development plans and performance management.Manage succession plans and expat skills transfer plans.Staff Engagement & MotivationCreating employee engagement plans and initiating activities.Employee BenefitsAdministering compensation and benefit plans.Headcount and AbsenteeismEffectively manage headcount within budgetsEfficiently maintain absenteeism within targetPayrollKnowledge and understanding of payroll processesEmployment EquityAssist with employment equity reportingEnsure adherence to the employment equity planParticipate in the employment equity committeeBBBEEKnowledge and experience of BBBEE requirements would be an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
