ResponsibilitiesManage the entire employee life cycle from acquisition to exitCreate a memorable high-quality employee experience from placement to integration with the teamSource and implement relevant tools to ensure the engagement of employeesManage the performance management process and implementation of 360 surveysFully responsible for the recruitment process, sourcing and placing as well as working with recruitersBuild strong and dynamic relationships within the business and guide them on the agreed process and ensure governance is in placeEnsure compliance with statutory requirements such as Skills Development, Employment Equity, BEE, Health and Safety, etc.Coordinate recognition and incentive awardsSupport the CEO in the research, development and implementation of culture boosting initiativesOrganize and maintain personnel recordsUpdate internal databasesPrepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guidesMaintain and revise company policiesAnswer employee's queries about HR-related issuesAssist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g.
