Hr Generalist

Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR practices with business objectives; lead succession planning and talent development.
Training & Development: Manage skills development, WSP, ATR, and B-BBEE compliance.
Performance & Compensation: Oversee performance reviews, wage adjustments, and employee benefits.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle disciplinary actions, ensure MEIBC compliance, and maintain EE and SD records.
Payroll: Manage payroll processes with SAGE VIP Professional Cloud, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications: Bachelors in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
5+ years in HR management (preferably in manufacturing/engineering).
Proficient in SAGE VIP, strong knowledge of South African labor laws, and MEIBC.
