Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in HRQualification in HR ManagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGoal setting and planningTeamwork, decision making, time managementConfidentialityKey Responsibilities Recruitment: specifications for new posts, advertising (internal and external), coordinate applications, assist with shortlisting, attend interviews, and handle post-interview correspondence with applicants, generate employment contractsNew employee inductions and collation of all documents for new engagements, registration of learners with regulatory bodiesSupport to department heads for counseling, dispute resolution, and adjudication mattersAttending disciplinary hearings and documentation following hearings, including dismissalsRepresentation at CCMA for low key mattersPlan and coordinate staff training, including attendance registersInput for the company's performance management system, performance appraisals, generate and communicate pertinent statisticsGeneral involvement in the health, safety, and welfare of all employees and reporting unsafe practices and actsUndertake submission of annual skills plan if applicable, provide pertinent HR-related information for the BBBEE auditsHow to Apply:
