Hr Generalist

Well established Automotive company are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate must have strong learning and development (L&D) expertise, alongside comprehensive HR experience. This role is designed for a senior-level professional with the potential to step into an HR Manager position or someone who is currently in an HR Manager role. Key Responsibilities: Talent Development: Design, implement, and manage Learning & Development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, conducting regular surveys and feedback sessions Data Management: Maintain and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and propose strategic initiatives Coaching and Support: Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues, ensuring a supportive work environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) is a plus Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on learning and development Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a track record of successfully managing HR functions Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenge Key Competencies: Strategic Thinking Change Management Employee Relations Performance Management Organizational Development Project Management Learning and Development Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualification
