Job Purpose:The Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist plays a critical role in managing day-to-day HR operations while providing strategic support to the Business. This role serves as a key partner to management and employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations and fostering a high-performance culture. The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and contributing to the overall success of the HR function.
