A forward-thinking company in the healthcare technology sector is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment and employee relations. This role is integral in maintaining a positive workplace culture, ensuring effective communication between staff and management, and implementing HR policies that align with the company's innovative and supportive ethos.This is a hybrid position; the HR Generalist is required to spend at least two days per week in the office (JHB North).Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring they are addressed promptly and fairly. Manage disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Facilitate employee development and training programs to enhance performance and engagement.Performance Management:Implement and manage performance evaluation systems to drive employee development and productivity. Work with managers to establish KPIs and provide feedback on employee performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plans as necessary.Policy Development:Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect the company's goals and ensure legal compliance. Provide guidance to management on HR-related issues and best practices.Relationship Building:Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships with employees at all levels.
