Our client is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage HR functions, employee relations, and training development.
This role is crucial for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective communication between staff and management while upholding HR policies and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, manage the full recruitment process, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage disciplinary actions, facilitate development programs, and represent the company in external dispute resolutions.
Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems, set KPIs, conduct reviews, and develop improvement plans.
Policy Development: Update HR policies, guide management on HR issues, and ensure legal compliance.
Learning & Development: Oversee maintenance and reliability initiatives, manage budgets, and supervise maintenance personnel.
Requirements Degree in Human Resources or related field.
5-8 years of HR experience Experience with SAGE Payroll or Business Cloud Payroll Professional.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
