Hr/Financial Officer

The HR/Financial Officer is a key member of the HR Team, responsible for providing administrative support to the whole business. This includes a variety of tasks, such as processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and assisting with financial reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
HR Officer

Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, Provident Fund, and Paid Leave.
Assist in Accounts Admin.
Maintain and update HR records.
Manage Labor Relations cases.
Generate and distribute reports to Accounts, with experience in Skills and EE reporting.
Provide administrative support to HR and the Director, schedule meetings.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Knowledge and understanding of ISO Standards.

Finance Officer

Preparing regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the organization's financial status.
Budget Management: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and monitoring expenditures against budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
Accounts Management: Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.
Audit Preparation: Assisting with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing auditors' queries.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow and ensuring the organization has sufficient funds for operational needs.
Financial Planning: Developing financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaising with other departments, stakeholders, and external partners regarding financial matters.
System Implementation: Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of financial software and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Pay: From R8500,00 per month
Education:

Diploma (Required)

Experience:

Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
Security industry: 1 year (Preferred)
HR/Finance: 2 years (Required)
Sage Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Code B License (Preferred)
