What Youll Do: Event Management: Plan and coordinate exciting company events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from logistics to execution. Communications: Collaborate with Marketing to create and distribute engaging internal and external communications. Wellness Programs: Promote a positive, healthy work environment through wellness initiatives. Health & Safety: Ensure the safety of all employees by maintaining and implementing safety standards and compliance. What Youll Need: A 3-year HR Diploma/Degree or a Degree in Communications. 3 years of experience in HR Coordination, with a focus on events, communication, employee wellness, and health & safety. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for social justice and wellness.
