DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY EXPERIENCE.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Advise management on the formulation and administration of plans and policies for human resource activities.Recruitment And OnboardingManage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Employee RelationsServe as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Mediate and resolve employee relations issues and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.Performance ManagementDevelop and implement performance management systems and processes.Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals, conducting appraisals, and addressing performance issues.Compliance And PoliciesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.Compensation and RewardsOversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive compensation practices.Desired SkillsPerformance managementCompensation and rewardsHuman Resource Consulting or Business PartneringOperations expertise from an HR perspective7 – 10 years in HR/HRBP
