6 Months contract positionOur client, in the Financial industry is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Consultant to join their team middle August.
This is a remote position.This role is for an HR Consultant who will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and rewards, and operational expertise in the HR environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR best practices and a proven track record of improving HR processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Advise management on the formulation and administration of plans and policies for human resource activities.Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Mediate and resolve employee relations issues and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals, conducting appraisals, and addressing performance issues.Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.Compensation and Rewards Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive compensation practices.Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources.Experience: 7-10 years as a Human Resource Consultant/Practitioner.
