HR CONSULTANT(GENERALISTS)? As a consultant, you will provide a generalist ?HR ?outsourced service to their clients ?who are mainly ?small to medium sized ?businesses ?across various industries.
You will have a wide grasp of the full spectrum of the HR life cycle and will be as comfortable putting basic HR processes in place as you are addressing HR strategy and being a HR support to your clients executive team.
Ideally, you will also have a strong grasp of labour law and labour legislation. You are the kind of person who loves a challenge, enjoys variety and can juggle working with different client demands across various industries. ?More specifically, confidence, knowledge and experience in the following areas is required: ?Conducting an HR AuditEmployment contract draftingPolicies and Procedures draftingJob Analysis and Job ProfilingPerformance Management and facilitation of performance reviewsTalent Management, Talent Development and succession planningSkills Development FacilitationEmployment Equity ConsultingStrategic HR initiativesCoaching and Mentoring of Management and Junior HR staffBeing a sounding board at a strategic level to our clients about people issues in their businessIndustrial Relations & Labour LawBBBEE knowledge would be distinctly advantageous.RequirementsMinimum 10+ years experience in the HR field?Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology DegreePassionate about HR and ?organisational ?effectivenessHigh level of professionalism and integrity Ability to work ?flexibly, ?independently and be self-motivatedUp to date with the HR & IR field Strong planning, organising and co-ordinating abilityEntrepreneurially minded and interested in growing the client base.Excellent people skills at all levels including tact and discretionHigh level verbal and written communications skills in EnglishExcellent administration skills and attention to detailHighly computer literate (Excel in particular and comfortable with technology generally)An enquiring mind and collaborative mindset.
