Duties:Responsible for Health and Safety procedures and implementation across the groupEnsure compliance orders are monitored and correct action implemented in a timely mannerEnsure compliance for all units on Water and SanitationEnsure compliance and and support in Department of Labour inspections across the groupDrive adhoc HR auditsBuild key knowledge on all areas of laws and actsBuild and implement procedures and standard documentationAssist in Environmental, Social and Governmental implementations and monitoring across the groupAssist in disciplinary enquiries Support function to HR teamRequirements:Degree or Diploma in HR, Labour Law, Project Management2 years experience in project-based work environmentConduct trainingAgri-industry experience would be an advantageLiaise with diverse teamsDrivers License (not negotiable)Attention to detail and motivatedBi-lingual and good communication skills
